I have always thought that Crawford Door has excellent service, whether it is for maintenance or replacement parts. I once again was not disappointed. I called the office to ask if they carried the key pad I needed to replace one that was not working. The phone was answered by a very pleasant women. I told her what I needed and was told she would have to call me back within a half hour or so to check if it was in inventory. True to her word, she called to say it was in stock. In passing, I mentioned that I recently replaced the battery but it still didn't work. She said I should check to see if it needed to be re-synced. In fact it did, and now works fine. The fact that she asked me to check, not only saved me money for the purchase but also saved me time and gas. Once again, they have proven to me that service is very important to them.
